Hi Marc,
You asked about a honeybee group on the Transition Milwaukee ning site. That's a great idea! Any member can start a new group. So once you join TransitionMilwaukee.ning.com, you can go to http://transitionmilwaukee.ning.com/groups/group/new to set it up.
Thanks!

hi Marc - thanks for the comments on solar. could i inexpensively use solar to heat a big hot water tank? I need hot water for clean up and that seems like a smaller power need than for my equipment and maybe a good place to start? let me know if you want to come see what i'm doing. Thanks!

hi marc - nice to meet you - do you live in riverwest? that's exciting about pv panels. i hired an electrician recently that is solar certified. i have some heavy food processing equipment that i'd like to explore retrofitting with solar but the investment i've been quoted in the past has not motivated me. i'd be interested to talk to you. thanks for joining and feel free to chime in with ideas, comments or questions.
