In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested in joining us?
I have a great wish to prepare for inevitable economic, environmental, and political changes proactively and with as much forethought as possible.
How are you currently involved in the Transition movement? If not involved currently, just state that.
Just Starting
What skills/talents/resources/interests do you bring to the Transition movement?
I have lots of energy and good communcation skills. I own a small business in home restoration, and I planted Milwaukee's first roof-top farm last spring.
What would you be interested in doing?
These are more background books: Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, by Barbara Kingsolver; The Unsettling of America, by Wendell Berry; Deep Economy, by Bill McKibben

I gained a valuable insight from the recent New York Times article about Peak Oil and the Transition Movement, but this was not insight about the subject matter itself. Welcome, Erik! It's great to see you here. My partner (Lance, who is also on this site) and daughter visited your rooftop garden a few weeks ago. What you're doing is really amazing and it's great to have you involved with the transition process.
