- Just getting my feet wet
- What skills/talents/resources/interests do you bring to the Transition movement?
- I am new to farm life and am trying to grow a green thumb. I am interested in permaculture, living sustainably and eventually teaching others what I am learning. Oh, and beekeeping.
- What would you be interested in doing?
- I would recommend Rob Hopkins's book, "The Transition Handbook", and Sharon Astyk's "Depletion and Abundance". I also like to look regularly at John Michael Greer's blog http://thearchdruidreport.blogspot.com/

I will probably be it from Racine. I am working for awareness raising and hope to speak to a small group of Unitarians here this Sunday. Who knows? Someone might salute.

Since the last time I left a comment, I became a new farmer, too. I'm helping to organize the Transition Training scheduled for late January, and look forward to meeting you then! Do you think others from Racine will be joining you?
